I love my garden. Actually I have a love/hate relationship with it, if I’m being honest. Because I don’t plan ahead very well and I just plant a lot of the same thing. A ton of tomatoes, a ton of zucchini, a ton of cucumbers and a ton of basil! So, now I am drowning in zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes and basil! I’ve made tomato basil sauce to freeze, pesto to freeze but we are still eating tomatoes, cukes and zucchini every day! I needed some new ideas. Check out these 5 summer garden harvest recipes.
