Hello crafty friends!! I am finally back today with a cute little mini album I made with my Silhouette Cameo to share with you all! You can find the cut file in the Silhouette Design Store here.
This is my finished project:
I really love how this little album turned out! I don’t make a whole lot of mini albums so this was really fun for me to make and step out of my normal element. I used an overlay on the front that I got in a scrapbooking kit from Clique Kits.
This is the cover of the album. I decided to tie it together with a cute white ribbon from American Crafts.
I cut out all of the pieces on my Cameo with the different patterned paper. All of the shapes you need to put it together come in the cut file. It was really simple to figure out!
These are my 3 cute boys that I’m so lucky to be a mother too. I wanted to make a simple little album to showcase these photos I took of them at Christmas time. I wanted to keep each of the tags simple so your focus would be on their photo. I matted each 3×4 photo on a simple patterned paper and the paper I chose for the tag was just a simple white and yellow strip. I inked the edges of the photo mat and the tag with black Staz On ink to help them stand out a little more. I tied a blue Offray ribbon on the tag and was done!
I had an extra tag so I printed off a photo of my boys together. It was the opposite direction of the other photos, but it doesn’t bother me to have to turn it to the side to view it. I think it gives the album a fun interactive element:)
Here are all 4 of the tags together.
On the back of each tag I used Teresa Collins little alpha letter stickers. I spelt out their first and middle names on the top row, I blocked it out just for privacy reasons, then I put the date the photos were taken and their age. I glued them down with Mod Podge just to make sure they wouldn’t end up coming off over time.
Thanks for stopping by today!! I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend!! I’ll be back again next month with another crafty project for you to check out!

how do you do it though?
it looks great and i want to give it a try
I used my Silhouette Cameo die cutting machine to cut out all the pieces. I folded and glued the envelopes together to hold the tags. It was pretty simple. You can get the same file I used at the top of the post 😁
