These little frozen banana bites are quick and easy to make, and healthy and fun to eat.
My kind of snack.
We’ve eaten them for dessert, snack and even for breakfast.
The kids love helping me make them too.
They taste like a frozen ice-cream treat!
What I used:
2 bananas
peanut butter
Nutella (I used Trader Joe’s answer to Nutella = Choco Almond Spread! YUM)
You could use only peanut butter, or you could even use only Nutella!
(Each banana makes about 6 bites.)
What I did:
Thinly slice the banana.
Spread a small amount of peanut butter on one side.
Spread a small amount of chocolate on the other side.
Put them together like a sandwich.
Freeze on a plate.
Transfer to a baggie after they are frozen!
Eat them up!
Glad to see you are back to blogging. Missed the cute pics of the kids and great ideas.
So yummy..Can’t wait to try them!!
Hi Erin! Those look SO good! I’ve got to try those with my kids. 🙂 And we’ve had the Trader Joes version of Nutella. So good, too. Thank you for this yummy snack idea.
Thanks Sandra! 🙂 They love it.
