Running Errands {and a $25 Gift Card Giveaway}

August 6, 2014 by Erin 24 Comments

I find myself running errands way more often than I’d like.  I try hard to stack errands into one big trip, but then we all end up tired and cranky before by the time we home.

Bank, grocery store, library, post office, pet store, drop this off, pick this up, turn this in.

And then I get home and realize I forgot the toilet paper.  Ugg!

I was given the opportunity to experience how easy it is to order some of my usual household items right from home.  I mean, I’m on the computer anyway….might as well make the most of it.   They even have a Walmart Smartphone app so you can order right from your phone!!

I LOVED it.  I ordered our toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels from Walmart.com and it was so much cheaper than buying it at my regular grocery store.  So, I saved money and time.  I call that a win.  (And I bought bulk, so I don’t have to worry about getting them again  for a little while.)

My Charmin, Bounty and Tide came right to the door!  I didn’t have to leave the house or cart them in!  YAY.

It was so easy too.  I just added what I wanted to my cart at Walmart.com

And then I chose the “Ship to Home” option.

You can choose to have your purchase shipped directly to your house for free if you spend $50 or more or shipped for free to the nearest Walmart location for a quick and easy pick-up with Site to Store.

Mine was free!  And it came in two days!
