I took Lucie to her first play last night. The middle school where I work is having their fall production this weekend. Lucie talked about it all day even though she didn’t know what a play was. She was very excited.
She was most excited to see Maggie. Maggie is our babysitter and also happens to go to my school. She has the lead. The play is called “Cinderella: The Untold Story” and Maggie plays Ella. 🙂 How cute is that?!
So, after dinner we drove up to Cooper High School Auditorium where the play was being held. The play was great and really funny. Lucie was in awe and watched the whole thing. A few times (a little too loudly) she asked, “What happened to Maggie?”…..once when Ella was laying down on the stage pretending to be asleep. It was a fun night and if you’re in the area ….you should definitely check it out.
It’s funny how little kids have no concept of being “too loud.” Cash has that problem quite a bit. 🙂 Glad you guys had a good time.
