Hello everyone! I hope you’re having a great weekend so far! I am here to share a super cute and easy craft with you today.
As I was trying to figure out what I wanted to make for todays post I realized I don’t really have a wall hanging for my little seasonal decoration area in my living room for spring. I wanted to keep this project simple so I turned to Michaels and my Silhouette Cameo. I found a 6×6 canvas at Michaels on a major sale, I think it was 60% off!! So I snatched it up and came home to find the perfect Silhouette cut file.
And Voila! This is what I ended up making:
I used a cute dot patterned paper from the Amy Tangerine scrapbook paper line called Stitched. The paper itself is called Meadow. I used this “Home Sweet Home” cut file from the Silhouette store.
I used Mod Podge to glue the patterned paper onto the canvas and I also spread the mod podge on top of the cardstock to make sure it would stay stuck down. I was worried the cardstock paper wouldn’t want to stay glued to the canvas background. Hopefully, it will last the test of time
Thanks for stopping by today!! I hope you’re having a great weekend! I’ll be back net month with a new craft to share with you.
