You may remember that I’m doing the Zone Perfect Challenge this year.

So far since January, I’ve made some great changes. I actually kept up with some of my resolutions this year. I am just as shocked as you!
I’m working out more. My sister and I go to a class together once a week. Look at all those weights. I am getting back in it….and it’s fun!
I’m getting out with the kids more. I even swing and play on the playgrounds with them instead of watching (or playing on my phone!) 😉 Sometimes!
Some of the easier things to keep up with are the simple swaps I’ve done with our food. I have swapped all of my pop (even diet) with unsweet tea. I love it! So refreshing. And swapping out greek yogurt for mayo and sour cream is so easy and the family didn’t even notice. 🙂
And I’ve also almost finished cleaning out all the closets. We had a HUGE yard sale this weekend and it feels so good to be de-cluttering. LESS IS MORE! (I have to keep telling myself this.)
(p.s. That is not ALL my stuff!! It was a three family yard sale!) 😉

With all the allergies in my family I am truly considering something very close to the Paleo diet. I’ve already got them eating Spaghetti Squash instead of pasta now if only I could find a good Macaroni substitute 🙂

I would love to try these. I’ve heard about them from a previous blog conference but have not tried them yet – actually not sure if I’ve seen them in stores. I’ll look again.
I love the focus on making simple swaps, because when you start that way I think it’s much easier to keep it up long term because it’s not overwhelming. As an overachiever, I’ve learned this the hard way by trying to set huge goals all at once and then crashing and burning because it was too much too soon. And these small swaps make a big difference!
One of the healthy changes I am making this year is prioritizing sleep. I’ve run off so little sleep for so long and it really impacts every aspect of my life and health. It’s a work in progress, but I’m doing a lot better than I have before! Thanks for the giveaway!

Great swap ideas. We gave up soda/sugar drinks a couple years ago and haven’t regretted it.
I have been more exercise days to my weekly routine!
I have started drinking more water every day, it was hard at first, but when I got in the habit it became easier.
I have made an effort to get 10,000 steps in each day.
Those sound really good, great for on the go – what a fun challenge!
