DIY Lemon Sugar Scrub

This DIY Lemon Sugar Scrub is the perfect Mother’s Day gift or Teacher Appreciation gift.

Every mama and teacher will love this.  Who doesn’t love to feel a little pampered?

Isn’t it the prettiest soft pale yellow color?  Wait till you smell it!   Heavenly.  The best part is that you can make a lot of this scrub for not a lot of  money.

And it only takes 3 ingredients!  Which you might just have in your pantry right now.   😉

It doesn’t have to cost a lot to make someone feel special!   This scrub leaves your hands and feet feeling smooth and silky.  And the scent of the lemon oil is so uplifting.  The combination is luxurious.

I really like to use lemon oil in this scrub because it’s a powerhouse.  It cleanses air and uplifts the mood.

I personally use only DoTerra brand oils now.  I used to get all of my essential oils at the grocery store or health food store for years.   I’ve found that the quality of DoTerra oils are completely unmatched.  I’m so glad I made the switch.  These are the only certified therapeutic grade oils on the market.  Even the 100 percent organic oils that I bought previously have “external use only” written on the bottles.  WHAT?  That means they contain fillers and chemicals.  DoTerra oils the only oils that you can ingest.  If you’d like to learn more, or have any questions at all,  please contact me.  I’d love to share my experience with you. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made for the health of my family.  I know that sounds so very dramatic, but it’s true!    erin(at)abirdandabean(dot)com
