We’ve had such a crazy stormy Spring! Last week we lost electricity during a big windy storm.
Of course, it was right at bed time.
So… we had a candle light bath.
Read books with a flash light.
And had glow stick night lights.
(I know it looks like we had a Rave!)
The kids thought this was all great fun! It actually was pretty fun. The saddest part was how quickly bored Kevin and I were without TV and Internet after they were in bed!! haha. That’s so embarrassing! I almost forgot how to read a paper book! Luckily it came back on soon after. 🙂
We were without power here for several hours this spring. It was weird. We dragged out all the oil lamps, trimmed the wicks, filled them, and then of course the power came back on. 🙂

That actually looks very fun. We played some games when we lost our power a few months ago. It was fun to have actual conversation again.
