pumpkin chocholate chip cookies

These are delicious. I used this recipe from Paper Wings. They were so easy and so good. Perfect fall treat!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 cups flour
1/2 t salt
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, cream the sugar and butter for 3-4 minutes. Mix in the egg, vanilla and pumpkin. In another bowl whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Add flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture. Mix just until combined. With a spoon, stir in the chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
