The bird and I made adorable and tasty, springy, Easter treats yesterday. They are just rice krispy treats made with chow mien noodles instead of rice krispies. Actually, they seemed too sticky and marshmallowy (because i added too many marshmallows) so I did add some rice kripsies to the mix too – to even out the crunchy to gooey ratio. I like how they turned out. I put them in the mini muffin tins and Lucie added the ‘eggs’ (reeses pieces eggs). Aren’t they cute?
Also – on a random note…Kevin’s friend from back home has an interesting blog with tons of giveaways and contests and I want this double slip and slide! Doesn’t it look fun!?
